Maple Mania - Maple Promoters, Equipment Suppliers and Manufacturers

The event will be held at: Windsor Fairgrounds – 82 Ridge Rd, Windsor, ME 04363.

Please complete exhibitor’s contract duly completed and signed before May 31th, 2026
Booth Space: Basic 10ft.x10ft. Additional spaces are available.
Electricity: 110 volt, 60 cycles is provided, outlets available in exhibit hall. Please provide your own heavy duty extension cords.
Loading dock: Not available
Tables: One 8ft. table and chairs will be provided

Single booth, 10’x10’ is $315.00 and includes a full registration for one (1) person.
Full registration includes all tech. sessions, meals and tours. Each additional space is $125.00
Cost covers all technical sessions, meals and tours.
$200.00 for each additional representative from your company.
Additional booth spaces are available for $125.00, and additional registrations for your company representatives are $200.00.

Exhibitor set-up will begin Thursday, June 25th at 12:00 p.m.
We ask that you be set up by 5:00 p.m. The hours the exhibit room will be open are 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday a.m. and p.m. and Saturday a.m.
The trade show will close Saturday a.m.
Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. will be Vendor Night. This night is set aside for you the vendor to showcase your equipment with attendees. This evening will also be complemented with hors d’oeuvres and will be BOYB.

All exhibitors must provide and submit a certificate of insurance naming the Maine Maple Producers Association.
Additional insured in regard to general liability: Limits $500,000 each occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate.
Each exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Maine Maple Producers Association from any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses including but not limited to attorney fees.

We are looking forward to you attending Maple Mania, and there will be a crowd of maple producers to look at your products.

There will be onsite camping at the fairgrounds for $50 a night and multiple off-site hotels available.
